RENTAL CONDITIONS
1. Hire period is up to 3 weeks. Skips may be collected without notice after this period or a rental charge may be applied.
2. Skips sited on a public highway will require a skip permit, lamps & cones. The customer is responsible to ensure the
lamps and cones are in place at all times when the skip is on the highway. The councils do charge a penalty for
skips on the road that do not meet their requirements. This charge may be passed onto the customer.
3. The customer is responsible for any nuisance and or damage to persons or property whilst delivering or
collecting the skip.
4. Any damage to our skips whilst on site will be charged to the customer.
5. Level fill only- No skip must be loaded dangerously or in excess of the gross vehicle weight. A penalty may be charged.
6. No Hazardous waste to be deposited into the skip. A penalty may be charged and the Environment Agency notified if
hazardous waste is found in the skip.
7. No Plasterboard products to be mixed with any other type of waste.
8. Unaccepted Items - Monitors/TVs , Fridges and Freezers , Domestic Seating Waste, Tyres ,
Flourescent Tubes and Paint tins.
